We always begin on land and end in the ocean for a collection of authentic & salty “one-of-a-kind” images. This adventurous session focuses on Maternity, Solo, and Engagement/Proposal photos in Maui for those who are lovers of the ocean and looking for something more adventurous & authentic. Let’s make the most of Mother Nature & her endless magic, shall we?
Note: This session is intended for strong swimmers only.
Full underwater shots may be included, depending on water clarity and swells at the time of your session. Please note that underwater photos are not guaranteed.

You'll receive your Final retouched Gallery just 14 days from your session date - the fastest in the Islands! From here, you can order prints, albums, etc. a la carte. I make it easy peasy!
GENERAL FAQs

No. My sessions are focused on no more than 6 immediate family members. Clients may not combine their session with friends or other extended family members. While I appreciate when families want to gather for photos, the more people involved, the less we are able to focus on the types of images that most likely drew you to my photography in the first place.

You’ll receive a color-corrected Preview Gallery within 3 days of your session where you will review & choose your Final Gallery images for retouching. Your Final Downloadable Online Gallery is guaranteed within 1 week of receiving payment of your Final Invoice, which is delivered immediately after our session commences. The fastest in the Islands!

Absolutely - no exceptions. The oceans here in Hawaii aren’t like any other body of water you’ve been in - so knowledge of swimming & treading water is a necessity. Safety & you being comfortable is my ultimate priority. And rest assure, I have lifeguard training + plenty of ocean knowledge, so I will never put you in a position of uncertainty or danger. If you cannot swim, please do not opt for this session. Shoreline play can be just as fun & creative!

Cancellation or rescheduling due to weather conditions, is at the Photographers discretion. While weather here in Hawaii is ALWAYS changing, rest assure that even if the forecast calls for rain or there's a little overcast and/or scary looking clouds, these all make for beautiful light and stunning skies...so I try not to reschedule a shoot any more than 3 hours prior to a session.

Bookings are finalized with an accepted Quote, signed Agreement, and a non-refundable, non-transferable Retainer to hold the date. Once a booking is finalized, I decline all other work for that time & date, cementing our time together.

No. RAW images are not a true representation of my work and have not seen the copious amounts of tender loving care I put into every image to make them authentic. Trust me, you want the finished, edited result - that’s half of why you hired me in the first place!

Underwater clarity can never be guaranteed (Mother Nature does what she pleases!). I make it a general practice to hunt for the clearest, most safe waters for our session - always in hope that we can obtain underwater photos if you’re comfortable & if conditions allow.

You do you and let me worry about the rest. You are awesome just the way you are…really! I want you to look like YOU. I’ll of course retouch the random blemish and edit random people and objects out of the background…but leave the extensive photoshopping to Vogue Magazine covers…you’re better than that!
